💵 How much does it cost to rent an e-bike in Niagara Falls?

Rentals start at $100. Your rental includes a helmet, lock, bottled water, maps, personal e-bike & helmet fitting, safety training, and taxes.

🕖 How long is the rental?

​​

A standard rental is 4 hours. Your 4-hour rental begins when you ride away from our shop.

 

 

⏱️ Can I extend my 4-hour rental?

​

Yes! Extend your ride for $6 per half-hour — or go all day for a maximum of $25 extra. Decide in person and pay after your ride. Latest return is 7:30pm unless noted otherwise.

👤 Who can ride?

​

• Ages 16+ only (by law)

• Max weight: 250 lbs (113 kg)

• Min height: 5’1” (155 cm)

• Must confidently ride a regular bike

🚲 Do I need e-bike experience?

​

No e-bike experience is required. We provide a personal e-bike & helmet fitting, safety training and a practice ride before your rental begins.

Yes ✅ Free customer parking is included.

🛣️ Where can I ride?

​

• ✅ Paved trails, including the spectacular 53 km Niagara River RecreationTrail

• ❌ No dirt/gravel trails, highways, sidewalks or travel to the USA

• 🗺️ We'll help you choose a route before your ride

🗺️ Do you provide routes and maps?

​

Yes! We’ll help you choose a self-guided Niagara River adventure based on your interests, available time and desired distance. Downloadable route maps and an interactive Google Map are available on our Niagara River Trail page.

🔋 How far can I go on a battery?

​

Range depends on rider weight, wind, hills, and stop-and-go riding.

​

Based on a 170 lb (77 kg) rider under typical summer conditions:

​

• 35 km → Throttle only (no pedaling)

• 70 km → Light pedaling, assist level 3

• 90 km → Normal pedaling, assist level 1–2

🔋 Can I take an extra battery with me?

​​

​

An extra battery isn't necessary for most rides.

​

• 🔋 Take a second battery: $40 + $100 security deposit

• 🔋 In-shop battery swap: $10

• 🚚 Battery delivery: $10–$50

• 4" fat tires for stability & comfort

• Extra-wide cushioned seats

• Multiple saddle styles available

• No phone mounts or mirrors — you're welcome to bring your own

🚫 What rules should I know?

• 🍺🚫 Riders must be sober

• ⛑️ Helmet required (provided)

• 🎧🚫 No headphones

• 🐶👶🚫 No towing children, pets or trailers

👕 What should I wear or bring?

 

Dress in layers for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. We provide your helmet, lock, bottled water and maps.

 

💳 Do I need a deposit?

​​

Yes. A $200 security deposit per e-bike is required and released after your ride.

​

🌧️ What if the weather is bad?

​

If you'd like to cancel due to rain or unsafe weather, contact us before your scheduled start time to request a full refund.

​

For safety, we do not rent when snow or ice is present on the riding surface. If this affects your rental, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes ✅ We're open year-round, weather permitting. Book online to ensure availability.

📆 Do you offer multi-day rentals?

​​

🚚 Do you offer e-bike pickup & drop-off?

​​

No. All riders must begin and end their rental at our shop. Every rider receives a personal e-bike & helmet fitting and safety training before departure.

🚴 Do you rent scooters, mobility scooters, or regular pedal bikes?

​No. We only rent premium fat-tire electric bikes as shown in our photos.
