• Running late? Please text/call us at least 1 hour before your arrival time if your ETA changes on the day of your ride.  

• Bad weather? If you’d like to cancel due to rain or unsafe weather, text or call us before your start time to request a weather-related refund.

• 1-minute ebike ride to the Niagara River Recreational Trail 🚴‍♀️

 

📋 What to Expect On Arrival 
 

• Show ID & sign waiver (2–5 minutes)  

• Safety tutorial (5–10 minutes)  

• Helmet fitting (2–5 minutes)  

• Ebike fitting & practice ride (2–10 minutes)  

• Safety training is included and required before every ride

 

🧺 What to Bring
 

• Dress in layers (ebikes go up to 32 km/h)

• Closed-toe shoes  

• Sunglasses 😎  

• Sunscreen ☀️

• Gloves (recommended below 16°C / 61°F)
