🔄 Make a Change  
 

  • Running late? Please text/call us at least 1 hour before your arrival time if your ETA changes on the day of your ride.  

  • Bad weather? If you’d like to cancel due to rain or unsafe weather, text or call us before your start time to request a weather-related refund.

🎫 Your Rental Details

  • ⏱️ Duration: 4 hours

  • ⏱️ Your 4-hour rental begins when you ride away from our shop

  • 🔝 Go all day? +$25 max • Decide in person & pay after your ride

  • 🚩 Latest return: 7:30pm (unless noted at checkout)

  • 💳 Security deposit: $200 (refunded immediately after your ride)

  • 💰 All prices include 13% tax

🚴 Rider Requirements

​

  • 👤 Ages 16+

  • ⚖️ Max 250 lbs (113 kg)

  • 📏 Min 5'1" (155 cm)

  • 🚴 Can confidently ride a regular bike

  • ✋ Use hand signals

  • 🪖 Wear a helmet (provided or bring your own)

  • 🎧 No headphones while riding

  • 🪨 No dirt trails • No gravel roads • No travel to the USA

  • 🚫 Be sober

  • 🦺 Complete in-person safety training

👀 What to Expect on Arrival 
 

  • Bring ID & sign waiver (2–5 minutes)  

  • Safety training (5–10 minutes)  

  • Helmet fitting (2–5 minutes)  

  • E-bike fitting & practice ride (2–10 minutes)

 


🧺 What to Bring
 

  • Dress in layers (e-bikes go up to 32 km/h)

  • Closed-toe shoes for safety

  • Sunglasses for glare and wind protection 🕶️

  • Sunscreen for sunny trails ☀️

  • Gloves (recommended below 16°C / 61°F) 🧤
